Refund policy

At Embroidog, every item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because of this, we want to be clear and fair about how refunds and replacements work.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been submitted, as production begins shortly after purchase.


Personalized Items
Items that include personalization (such as embroidered names or other custom details) are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
Because these items are made specifically for your order, we cannot restock or resell them.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.


Returns & Refunds
Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Wrong color ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference

However, we do stand behind our quality. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect


How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@embroidog.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Policy Updates
This policy is subject to change at any time, without notice.


Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note that refunds will not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable). We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
